Hello,
I am currently going through the onboarding phases as a CSA and I wanted to see if anyone knew some disqualification items on Sterling background check.
1. does mismatched dates on previous jobs disqualify you? 2. If they can’t find your high school information(graduation) does this disqualify you?
3. Does mentioning an employer is your current employer and Sterling verification disagrees does this disqualify you?
I think they give opportunities to correct and or update information I don’t think they will automatically give you the boot (this is just my opinion) I know with me personally it’s hard for most jobs to find my high school in the data base (why idk) so I now make sure I keep my diploma and transcript on hand. As far as #3 I mean there should be nothing wrong with stating who you currently work for.
KEEP YOUR HEAD UP-STAY POSITIVE 😀

I’m from Texas and one thing to know is that you have to give a full two weeks notice to be paid out all accrued vacation time.
Yeah I know and I want to ensure I do right by my prior (or current) employer

This question is for current or former SWA FAs. For those of us who are not yet FAs, is Southwest really a great place to work, like everyone always hears? Or is it a mediocre company whose reputation is overrated?
I will first say I didn’t apply for a FA position. I think if you are questioning it then maybe you should look elsewhere. I believe yes all companies have their ups and downs but I also believe that what we see about SWA is absolutely true!!!! A great place to work 😃

1Carter I’ve read that you have to have both doses before you are able to start. Hopefully someone who is actively working can clarify.

I know this may be a weird question but for those who were working before getting hired with Southwest how did you do your work notice to your old employer ? I ask because as I read I see start dates can vary with Southwest.
Thank you for reading
