Hello and welcome to the SWA family!   From my application date 05/31/22 to my start date 07/05/22, that's 35 days or 5 weeks.  The answer most of us got from reading a lot of these posts is 4-6 weeks.  I've seen posts where its been over a few months and they're still in the process.  I'm sure a lot of factors like how many other applicants for the same station, your personal background, etc come into play but don't give up and keep checking your email!  I would go a week or two without anything even if I replied to the last email I got (still not replies lol).    Don't give up and good luck on your process! -Chris ...
