What a keyboard warrior. Is this the part where you stump for the airline? I have no issues with anything of the airline. Maybe you should come out of the closet and stop with the veiled threats in euphemisms and ambiguity. Im old fashioned so I dont mind at all what you say. Just say it to my face. And i didnt take the job just fyi. I was a candidate that passed it over for a federal gig. You have a lot of gall being here like you are in the c level executive suite. You probably have a lot of good stock in the company. You obviously are scared and or dont have the nerve to go after everyone on the glassdoor and indeed forums about the company. You have this delusional trip that your some kind of wannabe superhero. You work for an airline, you are a wannabe influencer at best. Leave me alone and go find someone naive and gullible to spew your spin middleseat. And drive slow. We dont want you to get a ticket now 🙂

The fact that there are people here pid by southwest to do damage control is indicative of who they really are. Real empathetic human beings not comped don’t automatically sympathize and are bias with their answers defending a multibillion company

This is worrying. Did you contact your recruiter? Imagine we have the same recruiter im going to seriously be concerned. Im applying for another position though. And Hr when they interviewed me said that they are swamped right now with overwhelming workload. (Okay he didnt say that but if you have been in the people business long enough and are the oldest of 7 you can tell what they mean) lol

From the lack of feedback im getting from HR, whenever I leave a message it’s kind of concerning. As in, this is indicative of the future leadership and listening style of the airline and I better get used to it. The enormous speculation of “fuel shortage”, abysmal morale of the pilots that caused them to strike in New York recently makes me question and have second guesses about relocating. Even a F.A was complaining she had to wrap a plastic bag around her lunch snd throw it in the microwave after exhausting 10 hour days.

Hey. What airport are you going to?
ill give you my timeline. Though from the looks of it, whenever HR doesnt respond its the new normal now. Every industry is now top heavy management and they have the entry and mid level staff being overworked. Ramp Agents are no different and will be worked to their fullest potential according to glassdoor/indeed/reddit and the aviation forums. The rules at SWA are very similar to USPS or NyC transit. You get double for overtime, can’t be late or you’ll be fired (at least in the beginning) and are overworked and underpaid. And the more years you have on the more easily you can bid out.

Guten tag,
I just wanted to say hi and ask a question.
I currently am in the quick process of waiting back on my prints and druggie test.
My CJO for rAmp agent is for a major airport on yhe other side if the country. I know they help out with relocation bonuses and am grateful (albiet I know I will be working for every penny of it).
my question is does SWA provide for the flight to my designated airport? Or do I need to make extra preparations in my budget? Also, is there a difference in stipend from the FAs opposed to the Ramp agents when you’re training?
I only ask because I would like to be prepared so I can make arrangements.
thank you
