Southwest Airlines Community

I just heard from Walker, a Southwest associate, that our delayed flights did not qualify for the 25,000 points so we will not receive them.  This is very disappointing on so many levels because I had to go to social media to even receive a response after 2 months. And, the response was that our flight delays on Christmas Day, did not qualify for the 25,000 points, when over half of the other passengers on our flight (s) did receive them. We missed important time with our families, we sat in the airport delayed when other airlines were not delayed. I will no longer be flying Southwest!  ... View more

@Melon  I must agree with you that it’s frustrating, it’s now 7 weeks, no call & no email from Southwest regarding the 25,000 points. I’ve flown twice since 12/25/22 on Southwest and have made at least 6 telephone calls. All with no response,  At this point, I am considering taking a break from given more money with no effort to send points from Southwest. I fly once per month and have already booked on another airline until this can be made right.  ... View more

I just got of the telephone with my 4th southwest agent regarding the 25,000 points and I think the delay or issue is not due to the actual customer service agents handling the cases (ie... entering incorrect information, agents answering the telephones not willing to research status nd provide an accurate update, etc...). I submitted a case via email as well but still no closure to this.   It's been over 1 month and I have spent more time trying to get the 25,000 points that was supposed to be given to us due to Southwest delays (on Christmas day for me).      Kimberly  ...
