On May 23 I was on a flight from Baltimore to Dallas, via O'hare. All the flight attendants at SWA are good at what they do, but Jen went above and beyond! She was friendly, funny and quick to attend to all our needs. We were running a little late so there wasn't time for those of us who were going on to Dallas to leave the plane. One passenger who had been traveling all day and was very hungry asked her if there was any food besides snacks on board. Jen expressed regret that there wasn't but offered the passenger her own lunch, which she hadn't yet opened. Jen is more than an asset to SWA; she is a treasure!!
