Quick update. Maint was actually plane inspections for hail damage. That makes total sense to inspect a plane for hail damage.

After multiple delays (weather delays in Dallas, totally not upset about weather delays) ) we finally get to board, 4hrs later. Our group is all boarded and a Counter Person is brought in to tell us that there are no gates at Dallas because they are now doing maint on the planes. Maint? Who does maint in a storm? This was Dallas, 2hrs before we boarded. Please let me know if I’m off track. And I fly weekly.

Wow!!! After multiple delays in San Antonio from weather in Atlanta, I was able to talk to Irma at Gate 13. She found a direct flight to phoenix for my party of 3. She took care of the baggage and nailed the customer service. Her employee # is 160014. Awesome service again from SWA.
