Words of wisdom, change your password often. Someone hacked my RR account on Sunday night at 1am EST. Thankfully I'm in the PST so only 10pm. I was sent an email that said my phone number & email address had been changed. I was completely locked out. I contacted SW within 30 minutes only to find out someone spent 310k points on gift cards and completely depleted my account. Thankfully because I caught it so quickly SW was able to cancel the gift card orders and refund my account today. They sent me an email that said "Southwest Airlines is not responsible for unauthorized access to a Members account, and will NOT replace stolen points or awards". As a gesture of goodwill, and due to timing, they contacted the provider and were able to get my points back. Thank you SW for taking care of me.
Southwest Advice - You really should institute a two factor security authentication system like other travel rewards programs.

I sent a similar to message to SW a few months ago, actually a post on X. They sent me this DM.
"Thank you so much for following up. As you may know, preboarding is offered to Customers needing assistance for various reasons. We work hard to maintain the integrity of the boarding process while providing appropriate accommodations for all who fly. Since many disabilities aren't visible, we're unable to question the validity of preboarding requests. Given that you purchased are A-List Preferred and earned a prime boarding position, I can imagine how frustrating it must've been to see so many Customers boarding prior to general boarding on this particular flight. While Customers with disabilities are not restricted to a specific age group and many have disabilities that are not necessarily visible, our Employees are trained to ask a Customer who requests preboarding certain fact-finding questions to determine if the Customer qualifies to preboard. If a Passenger qualifies based on their answers, we must grant preboarding to that Passenger. Still, I regret the frustration in this situation. I can assure you, I've documented a formal complaint on your behalf. This will be made available to the appropriate Senior Leaders for their awareness. -Brytani"

So I booked my flight using $. I then booked my two kids (15yr & 5yr) using points. The kids are on one confirmation number, and I am on another confirmation number (and my companion is on a 3rd confirmation number!). I have the kids reservation "linked" to my reservation. I can see its linked under my account. Now when I go to check in, i'll get an A position (ALP), but will my kids go in sequential order behind me? With them being on a different confirmation number I wasnt sure. I'm scared they will get like B50, and i'll be stuck waiting with them to board so they don't have to board by themselves. Anyone been thru this scenario? Its a weird one. Thanks...
