Dear Southwest Airlines Community, As a passionate Southwest Airlines Customer Service Agent (CSA), I have always cherished the opportunity to be part of this incredible company. Southwest Airlines has been more than just a job to me; it's been a dream I've aspired to conquer. Recently, I've found myself contemplating a move, but I'm faced with the dilemma of not wanting to lose my position here at Southwest. I believe in the company, its values, and the exceptional service we provide, and I'm eager to continue growing within the organization. I'm reaching out to inquire if there are opportunities within Southwest Airlines for remote work or virtual roles. Perhaps there's a position where I can contribute as a virtual instructor or in a corporate capacity that allows for remote work flexibility. I am not just remote, but I mean remote from anywhere in the world because my plan is to move abroad in a couple years. It could be five years. Hi! I am a CSA agent and I am looking for an opportunity as a SOS agent. As you know as a CS agent, I work closely with SOS agents. They literally are our lifeline!  have listed questions below I would appreciate a few of them being answered.      - SOS agents also under the union?   - Do they also bid for their schedules like CSA agents do?    - I assume for SOS they hire internally?  - how can one do a day in the field for SOS?  - who is the manager to be contacted for a day in the field?    - how can I have Sos job opportunity notifications through the internal job portal?  - I am very much looking to hear from you and your experience with SOS!        ... I have a VPS on my computer to protected my personal information etc. As a CS&S agent is it ok to keep my VPS? Or does southwest require you to take it down?  ... View more

Hello   I am wanting to know what the requirements for home computer work space is for cs&s employees? We provide our own internet and southwest compensates us for it? When it come to security does southwest provide those security measures for our computers. Can we work on laptop or does it have to be desk top? Does swa come to your home to set everything up?  I will have to work from my moms home a few times a month to care for her. For example I live in dallas but I occationally stay with my mother in mexico 1/2 months out of the year some times 3 months! As a cs&s would that be an issue?
