My flight was cancelled, I was rebooked on a flight for another day...fine. However, my Early Bird check-in did not carry over, ok I guess...but what really irked me was that I wasn't refunded the $25 that I paid for Early Bird check-in. All I was told is that it was their "policy". I had no control over my flight being cancelled, so in this case, it seems to me they should refund my Early Bird cost...anyone else have this issue? ... Does anyone know why Early Bird rates vary? I fly to Buffalo from Tampa frequently and Early Bird is always $25 per flight. I just booked a work trip, going to Philly from Tampa, each way Early Bird is only $20 (also flights were way cheaper than flights to Buffalo)...just wondering why Early Bird would be cheaper to and from Philly. I'm sure there's some sort of "logical" (note the sarcasm) explanation for the difference in rate... ... View more
