I had this exact problem! Requesting to send an email for a reservation they don't have doesn't work. Chase has refused to honor my request as a dispute. Extremely frustrating when I never received a confirmation email when making the reservation. Although, I know it was free cancelation within 24 hours of stay I miraculously received an email the morning of my reservation stating that, but it was too late! Total scam!!

They can't resend the confirmation email if there's no reservation. It's mind boggling how this happens, but it's definitely a scam! Beware of booking a hotel through Southwest website. I don't know how this can happen.

Sadly, this exact same thing happened to me. I have unsuccessfully disputed this with the chase card. The charge occurred on my cc statement the same day. I never received a conformation email & was unable locate the reservation to change it. The merchant & phone # on the cc statement was RTI*SWHotels 662-625-9282. It is a discontinued #. I have spent an incredible amount of time trying to locate the reservation with no avail. I thought for sure Chase would rule in my favor of the dispute, but they belief it was a legitimate charge. I've been scammed & the fact that Chase does not see this is very disturbing.
