I would like someone to contact meabut my 16 year old pulled from flight and left over night alone in an airport and told to leave secure area where he was followed by an old man all night. I have filed a claim and was told that the claim was accidentally closed It has 2 months with no response yet from you. I cnnot tell you how scary and frustrating this has been and would like someone to call me. I have always raved about SWA and now with no response and lack of professionalism I cant even say what I am feeling.
My son was scared and I received texts where he said he thought he would be never heard from again and he felt as though he was in the horror movie 5 nights at Freddys. My claim # is 96711953.
