I'm severely allergic to peanuts but I love SWA! What can I do to make sure it's safe to fly? Any tips?

My friend got an email with a special promotion to earn Companion Pass. She forwarded me the email and I tried following the link to register/opt-in but it's giving me an error! Please help! I really want to be included. What is going on????

Boarding will begin at 30 min prior, so make sure you're there even before that. If you're not in the gate area 10 min prior and you have not cancelled your flight, it will be automatically cancelled and your funds will be forfeited. So be sure to arrive with plenty of time!!

Customer with disabilities are encouraged to speak to the gate agent about pre-boarding to see if they qualify. If so, you will be able to board before the A's.

I purchased Early Bird and got a B boarding pass. Can I get a refund? I thought this guaranteed A?

You can upgrade to A1-15 if there are seats available, and it will cost $30-$40 depending on your ticket.

Drink coupons are earned after flying 10 one way flights. You do not need to sign up. They will automatically be sent to you via postal mail.
