Be careful for me this week was a double cancelation! I drove 4.5 hours during the night to catch a 5:50 AM flight that was cancel about 1 hour prior to departure. Not sure what are they doing but they are not taking care of business like they uses to! I spent an additional $800 dollar today to get home!! Not sure why they were not recommending to fly with other Airline until their flights were under control. That was my expectation like AA and CA has done in the past with similar issues. No body is perfect but you can tell how a company is doing based on how they handle adversity. I guess SW is not doing well! i am disappointed!
