Thank you for pointing this out to me, however, I don't see any bag tags available on the site. Additionally, the luggage tags I received previously were free rather than purchasing them. I thought it was an inexpensive way to acknowledge SWA's appreciation and it provided a nice branded product for a loyal customer. It's not a big deal but rather a pleasant surprise from SWA.
