I have a question for those who were passengers on Flight 2294. Please tell me the situation on the plane. Did the temperature drop? Wasn't it cold? Was the wind blowing on the plane? Did something get sucked out of the hole? thank you.

Going to make a comment to applaud the idea of Family boarding be first if they want to sit in the back 10 rows, otherwise board with the number they have.

@jquebby wrote: I purchased my ticket January 12, 2020 for travel January 14th. I also purchased EBCI. I was able to use it for my outbound flight but not for my inbound flight because I ended up changing my travel to leave one day earlier. Because the EBCI is non-refundable, Southwest is unwilling to give me a refund. I have already taken to Twitter to express my displeasure about this and will never again waste my money for this product. I will simply wait ask at the boarding gate when I arrive if there are any more A zone slots available. I would rather pay $50 for that than waste the $25 for EB and get nothing. The closer to 36 hours pre flight time you get, the worse the value of your EBCI. Why - because EBCI positions are allocated based on when they are purchased. If bought within 24 hours of flight time it is worthless. 'As far as EBCI refundability goes, you yourself said "Because the EBCI is non-refundable, Southwest is unwilling to give me a refund." so you seem to understand that it is nonrefundable. You do know what nonrefundable means -- don't you? You may not like it, but that is the rule.

Has any found that these lines are never open? I have an a list preferred member ship but have found that the (non TSA) Priority Security line is either not available or I’ve been denied access to it at LAS and LAX, even though these are supposed to be participating airports. At this point this seems like a non-benefit to me. If this is not available they should remove it from the list.

Is carrying a hair dryer in your luggage permitted? We plan a trip in August 2017. If I purchase my tickets now;then, something comes up and we are to cancel, is there anyway we get our money back?

Blizzard warnings were issued as a service to parts of Illinois, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota and Wisconsin as snow socked the states in tandem with hot air gusts topping 45 miles (72 kilometers) per hour.
The blizzard -- 10 days sooner than the birth of winter -- took its greatest sounding in Minnesota, where as much as two feet (61 centimeters) of snow had fallen in some locations, according to the National Weather Advantage (NWS).
The country's largest city Minneapolis was junior to a blanket of bloodless 17 inches (43 cm) broad, the worst snowfall to charge the big apple in more than 19 years and the fifth-biggest on record.
As an incriminate in of the simoom's oppressiveness, Minneapolis-St. Paul Universal Airport -- a traversing hub with adroitness in contending with foul seedy -- was shut down for the purpose the oldest notwithstanding in years.

Since I have never used an airline that imposed a miniumum stay requirement, what happens if someone books a plan that does NOT have a miniumum required stay length. Another reason to fly Southwest, since each trip is handled on a one-way basis, NO Miniumum stay requirement needed or charged.

I would like an update on this report. I booked a flight with my family, which includes a 18 mo old. I'm never a fan of flying but now that I have a child I need to make sure safety is a priority.
If possible please contact me with an update before July 8, 2010

I would really like to see Southwest fly out of RFD ( Rockford, IL) to Las Vegas and Phoenix. People come from afar to use this airport because of free parking and convenience. Is this a possibility?
