Here it is again! I just installed a new WiFi network at home - I tried to select it to connect to it - and here is SouthwestWifi jumping up to take the password from the WiFi I’m trying to connect to (I never tapped on to connect to SouthwestWifi - SouthwestWifi is not even an option of a network to connect to from Wi-Fi’s available - it simply buts in and steals password entry.

Are we allowed to save digital boarding pass drink coupons for future use or do we have to use them on the leg they are issued for ?
I believe the terms on them are for that flight only, or I'm vaguely remembering that one version of these used to be valid on the same day but not sure if that survived to the digital coupon age.
That said, save a copy/screenshot of them and ask nicely, many FA will allow it but YMMV. I'd say you have a good chance for same day usage. "Hey I didn't want to have this at 7 a.m. but now I'm on the way back home at 7 p.m. and I'm ready..." will be understandable by many.

And these days, at Southwest, innovation only comes when it postively affects the bottom line.

I use the drink coupons because I get them, but would rather have the discounted Wi-Fi.

@VASHFORDI'm sure that's what they do. It certainly is targeted to those that have had A-list before and came close to achieving again - someone that has been a regular customer for two years, they don't want to lose that regular customer because they didn't quite fly enough in the past year. I'm sure if Southwest had a way to see someone that came within a few flights each year but didn't achieve it, they also could be offered the promotion to retain/enhance their business, the main difference being that the person in that case might not be expected to retain A-list if they don't fly enough so it could be a one-off, as opposed to "long-time" A-listers missing out due to a slow year.

The 300s are scheduled to be retired by the end of the year. There are a few incoming used 700s that won't have wifi until they are sent out for installation, but once the 300s are gone your chances of having a wifi-enabled plane are very good. That's the good news. The bad news is that Southwest's wifi remains abysmal.
