Checking In With A Group

First time traveling with a group on Southwest.  Have 56 total, including 48 kids on a team trip.  What’s the process for checking everyone in and getting boarding passes & checked baggage?  Want to make sure we allocate for the proper amount of time at the airport.  Thanks!
