I was curious how southwest is for preboarding for someone with severe anxiety with motion sickness. If they need a window seat otherwise they will basically get sick.
Will they allow a pre board if it will keep someone from vomiting on the plane?

The rule is if the passenger thinks he/she needs to preboard then the passenger will be allowed to preboard..
So it is your call.

I would say motion sickness, vomiting and anxiety are certainly good reasons to preboard.

I don’t think I would fly if I was that way. Not sure how first few rows will help motion sickness as it’s not like a car. Window may not help either.
