When lining up for boarding, if two people are traveling and one is in a transport chair (tiny wheel chair), does the person accompanying also get to board early?

Yes, those that preboard are allowed to be accompanied by one other individual.

If there’s more than one individual with the preboarder, check with the gate agent on boarding too. Also, the wheelchair is usually airport-managed but you can arrange with SWA.
