Just wanted to thank everyone involved from top to bottom! My Son & his Buddies went to Vegas. He severely cut his leg and had to go to the emergency room for stitches. They kept him overnight and released him in time to catch his flight (Sun 8/29, 7:05 heading to STL). During his flight, he started to have some reactions & pains. SW diverted the flight to Denver, where he was taken to ER and treated. SW not only put him up for the night for free, but got him on the next day flight #412 to STL. If that wasn't enough, his Buddies didnt want to leave his side, SW did the deed for all three of them! Thank you Southwest for taking care of my Son!!

You can insure that those employees receive recognition from the airline by letting customer relations know about it..
