United, American and Delta have all received criticism for their policies this week. I appreciate Southwest's decision to change their over-booking policy. I stopped flying the other airlines because of the all too frequent rudeness of some of their employees. Southwest folks are consistently helpful and welcoming. Thanks Southwest.
