Time for SWA to LOVE Its Customers - Require Masks for ALL Passengers

All of the major carriers, except SWA, are requiring masks for passengers.  The "Love" airline apparently doesn't love us very much.  We probably should take our business elsewhere.  I sent an email to customer service last night, and the response was the standard P.R. nonsense about how much the company cares for its passengers and encourages protection.  What good does that do when flying on an airplane for hours.  Even the Trump Administration and all recognized medical authorities proposes the use of masks for everyone on board, but SWA still is not.  Perhaps it is time to take our business elsewhere.

To be totally accurate, the only airline TODAY requiring masks is JetBlue.

American and Delta have announced they will require masks - at a near future date.

United has announced that masks for flight crew will be required and passengers who want a mask will be able to request one can do so, but passengers will not be required to wear masks.

That being said, it does appear that Southwest is lagging the competition.
