filing a lost luggage claim error messages online

I have been on hold a very long time, got hung up on while on hold, then on hold again no answer!  

 

I have been trying to submit my online claim and all the dates of items I am claiming will not accept ANY of them and I have receipts for ALL OF them!  

 

Any idea what is going on?  I'm on the deadline day!

Stay on hold but also send an e-mail to customer relations you  can establish a paper trail proving you tried to get this done by the deadline
