Buying WGA vs WGA+ if I have A-List?

Hey new to A-list and love the ease of changing flights with southwest.

I have A-list but I tend to get WGA+ because my departure time can drastically alter depending on work, but I saw that A-list gets same-day changes free. Should I just book a WGA and then change it the day of? I typically fly during the week so my flights arent crowded. How would this work during the weekend when its busier?

A-List gives you free same day change.

Save your money and buy WGA instead of WGA+

WGA for yourself, WGA+ if traveling with someone else that doesn’t have A status; this means you have to be on different reservations though and lose that boarding checking with you if on different reservations

as A List the only extra you get is the extra points if you don’t care about the few points save the money and buy WGA instead of WGA+

You’ll also lose the transferability from WGA+ but if you fly often then you probably don’t worry about using travel credits either.
