If that statement date you are questioning is from 12/6/23 - 1/6/24, then the points would show up for 2024 year as your statement ends in 2024. you would have received all you were getting based on statement date for 2023 on your 12/5/23 statement.

That’s what I thought. But no one from southwest or chase can explain why I only got 4,500 tier points on $21,000+ in spend.
