Over the last two weeks, I've received reminders to book a flight for flights I did not search to purchase. After the first email reminder, I changed my password. I've received another email reminder to book my flight to Hawaii, but I've not been searching for flights to Hawaii. Is this a glitch in the system, or do I keep changing my passwords?

my solicitationas from SW come from @iluv.southwest.com
my flight confirmations from @ifly.southwest.com
So anything from southwest.com, while spamy, is likely valid

The email is from: southwestairlines@iluv.southwest.com.
The message indicate includes "Don't foget to book your flight from Seattle to Kauai" but I never searched for this flight and I don't live in Seattle. I understand the email is likely legit from Southwest, I'm concerned how someone else is getting into my account and searching for flights after two password changes. I don't want a hacker to use/steal my RR Points. I work in data/tech, so I'm aware to use strong passwords.
Just want to know if anyone else is experiencing this?

No one is getting into your account. Southwest's computers have id'd you for spam.
If you keep changing passwords, but keep getting the same spam, that should tell you that external influence is not happening.
