I'm booking a trip for my family. For the promotion, do all individuals need to be booked separately or can they all be on the same reservation to receive the companion pass promotion expiring today?

Having one reservation is OK.
Remember, that each person needs to have a RR number AND register for the promotion BEFORE you buy the ticket.

Great! Thank you so much. All have RR numbers and are registered.

If I'm reading correctly...
If I am booking for my party of 4, as long as each individual has registered for the promotion, and I have the rapid rewards numbers on the single reservation, each traveler qualifies for their own companion pass.
And we don't have to book 4 separate reservations?
Thanks

Correct.
