Not exactly good customer service. Called and they kept putting me on hold and then hung up on me.

Maybe they went to take the call off hold and they accidentally hung up. Maybe you lost cell reception and the call dropped. Maybe you accidentally hit the end button with your cheek I doubt this was intentional but more of a simple mistake life happens. 

Maybe they kept putting you on hold to work on your issue but they kept coming back on to update you that they were still with you and working on your concern compared to some companies who put you on hold for 30min with no update and you wonder if you were forgotten
