No but I would definitely worry about the CIA and the NSA.  Also probably the DIA, and probably Naval Intelligence.

There's nothing illegal or suspicious about checking Southwest's Low Fare Calendar daily for fare decreases. I check this frequently for both my airfare and Southwest Hotels reservations and have locked in some decent flight credits, fare and square!

 

That's the beauty of Southwest's No Change Fees policy. As long as you're using the airline system for lawful activity, there's nothing wrong with checking for fare changes everyday to receive flight credit when prices drop.

 

That being said, if federal law enforcement like the FBI suspects one is using the airline system to conduct separate illegal activity, of course they will investigate the matter and airlines like Southwest will fully cooperate with the federal law enforcement agency in question in providing information related to the person's trip in question. Same for the state and local level.
