I had a great flight from Louisville to Orlando today that reminded me of how Southwest used to be. The gate agents were happy to help you, the flight deck was engaging and the cabin crew was FUN! Sadly, this experience has become the exception instead of the norm it used to be. Thanks to the Southwest team for making THIS trip one to remember.
