Hello, I applied for Customer Service Agent position on 6/4 but I didn’t create a profile when I applied. But I did receive an email that my application was received. How can I check my application status?

It was to the application without letting me create a profile.

Hi, @MonrizaMalavega and @Passenger1C! Happy Wednesday! 

 

When you submit your application, you receive a confirmation email to the email you provided. Within that confirmation email, you should have a unique link to follow & create a Candidate Profile - if you haven't already. I'd suggest pulling up that application confirmation and setting up your Candidate Profile that way. In your Candidate Profile, you'll be able to see the status of this application and any others you submit! 😊
