Since you worked there for part of 2018 and no longer working there, Southwest should mail it to you. Won't be for a couple/few weeks though, probably.

I don't think so, but you have to see your supervisor or your human resources. I firmly believe that it has to hand deliver to their employees. I have never heard of W-2 online? Fear of someone might hack the computer to steal informations.

Most large companies like SW have W2’s available on line. Handing out individually logistically would never happen. Follow Kelby’s recommendation.
