Hi, as a college student graduating in Spring 2024, who is interested in working for Southwest, mainly being a Flight Attendant. When should I apply when a position is offered? Should I start applying pretty soon? Does the hiring process take months?

I would apply to the next flight attendant position opening. Southwest recruiters look at every resume individually, from the first application turned in to the last during an open position for flight attendants. Southwest opened the flight attendant position yesterday, but it is now closed. In an email, they stated interviews would be conducted from October 2023 to throughout 2024. If you were one of the first people to turn in an application, Southwest will interview you in October, and if you are one of the last, you will have your interview sometime in 2024. I don't know when they will open the position again. Good luck!
