I got a text from SWA advising me to complete a form to get my luggage shipped. When you get to the bottom of the form , there is no way to submit it!?!?!? What the.... ????

I’ve never heard of Southwest shipping luggage, is this something they are legitimately doing? Are you sure this was from Southwest? There are lots of scammers out there.

Jessica, all airlines will on occasion use couriers to ship bags from airports to passengers' homes / hotels. Most likely when a passenger gets in one day and the bag a different day

We actually went down to BWI and after a long wait in line, received a Lost/Delayed Baggage Receipt. SW states that our luggage will be shipped to our home via FEDEX. I know it might be a PITA, but it might be advantageous to go back to the airport and wait in line at SW's Baggage Service Desk.
