This is terrible!! Southwest cancelled my flight. There isn't anything available today, so now looking at tomorrow. They are going to charge me for the difference in the fare and then give me a credit on southwest. I paid $700 for this ticket and they want to charge me another $219 and then give me that credit on Southwest for the $219. I've now been on hold with customer service for 2 hours and 46 minutes. Wow!!!

If Southwest cancelled your flight they will reaccommodate you on another flight for no additional charge or refund your purchase back to the original form of payment. You can say you would prefer to be moved to another flight instead of receiving a refund.
