after waiting 15mins for a call back your system keeps hanging up on me when I anwswer the phone... this is after the last agent booked the wrong change flight.

As this is a customer to customer forum there's nothing anyone here can do to help you. Unfortunately you're probably best off calling and waiting on hold instead of using the call back option, then you can let the agent know that you had trouble with the call back function.
Alternatively, have you tried to make the changes online?

I would try changing the reservation online. If your not able to do it online i would call and just wait on hold that way you can make the change before the price goes up or sells out. The phone system does have hickups from time to time.

When lots of people are calling the airline, trying to get thru via phone is the WORST way to try to get thru.
Try the cell app "chat" function. Alternatively you could try twitter or e-mail. Click on contact us methods below to see more about these.
