Overhead AND Personal Item dimensions

Could someone please direct me to a statement from Southwest regarding both Overhead AND Personal Item dimensions?

I’m finding conflicting info and want to be sure. TIA!

I see the dimensions of the overhead bag - 10" x 16" x 24" - but no dimensions for the Personal Items. Am I missing something?

"Goes under your seat" or actually the seat in front of you.
