If you purchased within the passed 24hr you can get a full refund to your credit card. If you purchased a Wana Get Away ticket you will receive a credit that you would need to use one year from the date of original purchase.

My Credit card due date is the 22nd of every month. All of my purchases that I make in Dec prior to Dec 22nd (my payment due date) will post to my Rapid Rewards account before Dec 31st. This is how I have been able to qualify for the Companion Pass for the last 7 years.

The way the normal Companion Pass works is, Every flight you take you can add a Companion Pass. You would book your flight first then you can add your Companion at anytime, you do not have to add at time of purchase. You would simply log into you Rapid Rewards account and view upcoming flights. You will see in blue text "Add Companion". When you do add a Companion and need to make changes to your ticket you will have to call on the phone to make any changes. You can do it online, you would need to cancel the Companion flight first wait a few minuts then make changes to your flight, then you can add the Companion again. I would check the fine print on your offer.

You need to call Southwest Airlines 1-800-345-9792 If you tell them the credit card number that you used to purchase the flight, they can tell you if there are any credits connected to that card. Good luck

When you canceled your flight you were sent a email. Look for that email and at the bottom of it will show you your credit due. When book your next flight you will have to provide your canceled conformation number Under "Apply travel funds"

Yes you can. Login your account and reserve a ticket for her and use her Rapid Reward number. Now she would login her account and look at her future flights and add you as the Companion.

Yes you can cancel your ticket you reserved with points. Log into you account, and from the home page click on manage reservation to cancel. You will receive all the points back into your account. Now you will be able to go to your list of future flights and add your Companion. Make sure you put your email and contact info at the end of the booking process. Also you may want omit his RR# Just incase.

To ensure your new ticket is refundable, cancel your existing reservation, request a refund of the refundable balance, and create a new reservation. My due date is Dec 22nd. All charges I made prior to Dec 22nd that are not pending will post in my account around Dec 27th and count for 2017 Companoin Pass. My opinion on the refer a friend. Check the fine print, they would have to qualify for the card, and do what is asked to receive bonous. Not much time left. I know last year I was close and I used 1-800-Flowers. The were having a promotion and I received like 3,00-5,000 points that put me over the top for the Companion. Check Southwest Airlines Shopping Rewards.

No. A Member who has a Rapid Rewards Premier Card from Chase will earn 1,500 Tier Qualifying Points for every $10,000 in eligible net purchases on that card, up to 15,000 Tier Qualifying Points per year. I have looked back in my account and have not seen my anniversary points listed in "Tier Qualifying " The only qualifying points listed were the 1,500 points for spending $10,000 on Credit Card purchases.
