Here are a few thing.s you can try. You could call Southwest customer service and give them the credit card number that you use to book flights. They may be able to tell you if their are credits that you have. If that doesn't work you can do a search of your email account. Put "Southwest Airlines" in the search box. This would bring up all of your flights and conformation numbers. Now you will have to read through them to see if you have any credits.

Traveling with an EmotionalSupport Animal: In order for a Customer to travel with an emotional support animal, the Customer must provide to a Southwest Airlines Employee current documentation (not more than one year old) on letterhead from a mental health professional or medical doctor who is treating the Customer’s mental health-related disability stating: 1) The passenger has a mental or emotional disability recognized in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders - Fourth Edition (DSM IV) 2) The passenger needs the emotional support or psychiatric service animal as an accommodation for air travel and/or for activity at the passenger’s destination 3) The individual providing the assessment is a licensed mental health professional, and the passenger is under his or her professional care AND 4) The date and type of the mental health professional's or medical doctor’s license and the state or other jurisdiction in which it was issued. Southwest Airlines does not accept for transportation therapy dogs or exotic animals. Please note that Customers traveling with an assistance animal or an emotional support animal may not sit in an emergency exit seat.

Family boarding. An adult traveling with a child six years old or younger may board during Family Boarding, which occurs after the “A” group has boarded and before the “B” group begins boarding. You can not book a car rental in the Southwest website with points. You need to get to the "More Rewards page" Go to http://tinyurl.com/ld63tzl. Now sign in or join. You must have the Southwest Credit card to use More Rewards. Once you have logged in, click on trave in blue text, now click on car rentals, now you should see redeem your points for travel "Book Travel Now" if you still have a problem call 1-888-658-4826 to book with points. Good luck!
