Safety is a big deal if a person shakes there head no then yes I do feel they should be moved because if an actual emergency occurred he might not actually assist. He should not have argued with the FA either because the FA could have kicked him off the plane for not complying with crew members instructions which is also in the saftey beefing before take off Saftey first!

Hi there here is what I think happened flight 550 starts in another city before going to Vegas so some people may be doing a 1 stop no plane change which means they were already on the plane before pre boarders in LAS and they don't have to get off the plane and re board so they can move seats before you get to board. hope this clears up your concern happy Travels Blake

At this time I am not aware of any way to link your account with your family's accounts I wish they had a feature like that but maybe in the future they will have that option. I also wish they had a wallet for compensation for example if you got 2 $100 vouchers I wish we could just see them in our account like delta has it set up but I know that an agent I talked to at corporate said they are working on adding a travel wallet at some point in time (no time frame currently). i would suggest you could copy and paste your kids Rapid rewards number as that is easiest at this point. Welcome to the community! So if it is heavy snow then yes flights can be delayed for deicing and depending on the number of planes it could take some time. I flew from Orlando to Houston but our inbound flight was coming from Denver and it has a 45min taxi when usually it is about 10-15min so we ended up with a 20min delay out of Orlando. My recomendation is IS to watch your flight status online and if it gets delayed over and hour or delayed enough where it could mess with your connection I would call 1800-435-9792 and they might be able to make a change free with no fare difference rather than you waiting in line at the airport behind tons of people. Another thing I do in the winter I give myself the 2 hour or longer layovers if I can't get a nonstop flight to allow for delays since the airline won't pay me if a connection is missed due to weather. hope this helps and if you have any further questions feel free to message me and I would be glad to help you Happy Travels Blake

As long as you buy early bird 36 hours in advance you will be good. I have bought the early bird 38 hours in advance and still received an A boarding pass as not everyone buys early bird so you should be fine. You might get a low B but my guess is a low B if not a high A. Happy Travels Blake

In order to receive credit for the flight you must fly the reservation also if you book a flight and miss it and don't cancel it within 10min prior to scheduled departure your reservation is subject to the no show policy which means all funds accociated with the confirmation with the missed flight will be forfeited if you feel you you will miss your flight you will want to cancel or call and see if anyone can help you over the phone happy Travels Blake

Hello Even though you earned the companion pass in August you can still earn A List if you haven't already so that's 1 reason why the total is still going up. Hello be sure the name is spelled exactly like you spelled it on the initial reservation this includes middle names. remember travel funds can only be used by the person who's name was on the ticket for example if I booked my mother a ticket and she had to cancel I can't use the funds on me. Hi there so unfortunately there is a known Issue with people trying to access southwest.com from outside the United States so to book a flight you would need to call the 800-435-9792 number at this time. I have one suggestion you could try but I don't know if it will work or not maybe try downloading the Southwest Mobile app and see if that works otherwise making the phone call will be the only option currently. I have been told that southwest is working on a fix for the issue but there is not a date at this current time when the website will be avaliable again for people outside of the United States. Yes you can change just the outbound city. if you have the southwest mobile app you can click change flight and if your not logged in enter the confirmation number it will then pull up your reservation you would just select the outbound flight then it will allow you to change the departure airport. If you have any problems changing it you can call southwest at 1800-435-9792 and they would be glad to assist you with making the change. Hi there so to start I would like to say yes I wish the schedule would be opened more in advance but until then I may have a solution for you when I need to book a flight way in advance before the schedule opens up for southwest I would book a flight on Delta knowing that they will change the schedule and flight times when they do (if it's a big change) I call delta and tell them you booked a certain time and because they changed they need to allow you to change or cancel for free sometimes they allow it sometimes not depending on the change delta made if it's big usually they allow you to change or cancel for free but I wait to call until southwest has opened up the schedule for booking and then call and once delta allows me to cancel I book the southwest ticket. So I have done the split reservation several times and unfortunately they have never been able to check my bag to the final destination because the route doesn't exist which is why 2 one ways were purchased you would have to either carry the bag on or check the bag twice. If the resverstion has austin to Atlanta on it then of course they could check it but I think one main reason they can't besides the 40min is that bags get lost my recommendation if you choose to do a split reservation be sure to give yourself enough time to check a bag again and go through security and allow for a possible delay when I do split reservations I give myself at least 3 hours to be on the safe side. Most promotions on Facebook are not true promotions I know they did have a video on the Southwest Airlines Facebook page talking about real VS fake promotions but it was posted a couple of months back I will try and find the link. The biggest hint would be if it is on the official Southwest Airlines FB page which has a blue check mark next to its name. Be be careful with the online promotions as a ton of fakes exist. Hi there we have found ourselves very lucky with Payless until the most recent trip where they charged us a strange fee as well that was in Austin TX apparently it's a new charge that other company's are apart of I am not sure if it worldwide though or just Texas but I recommend you write in to Payless on their website and they might be able to help you and explain better the charge(s) i do know that if you put your rapid rewards number on the car reservation all company's charge you a fee to get the points depending on length or rental and location that fee varies. sorry you had had a bad experience I use alamo most all the time now and have not had any problems with them so I would suggest you give them a try in the future. happy travels! Under your trip is there 2 little dots? If so try to swipe to the left or right and that usually brings up the other flight. If that doesn't work check in again and click on view boarding passes and that should let you screenshot both passes or save to images. Group reservations are only avaliable for parties of 10 or more so for a party of 9 you would need to book up to 8 people on one reservation and the remaining on another. I would search 1 person and 8 to see if the price is the same if they are then you can book 8 people on one reservation but if the price of different see how many seats are left and book that many people to get the best price example there may only be 5 seats at $100 then the next price is $120 so book 5 people on one reservation and the other four on a separate reservation it would save you some money hope this helps and makes sense if you need further help let me know and I can help you happy travels Blake
