Okay I am curious. What about cities that border multiple states like St Louis or Memphis? Is that taken into account? Thanks Cody

Hi @KimVanderKley,
We haven't heard any other reports of this, but will certainly communicate it over to our Team for them to be on the lookout. This should not effect the ability to submit an application. However, we do recommend that Candidates keep an eye on their junk/spam box for further communication from us, regardless of the email provider they use.

@cschullerwrote: I am working towards a companion pass and should have it the beginning of April. Four of us plan on booking a trip and I'd like to start securing the booking. I have enough points now to book all 4 of us, but wondering if it's better to just book 3 for now and hope that the extra spot is available when we get ht CP or do I book 4 and cancel one and apply the companion pass when that time comes? Just wondered what would be the better way of doing it? The backup plan for hoping one is available is that you'd have to fly the person separately on another flight, or all re-book - bad option! Especially since a points booking has the points returned to your account when you cancel, so there's not much downside to holding a spot with today's prices with points. Also, I've read that it's better to book one way tickets in the event we want to change a time/date. Any advise as to that? There's no financial penalty to book one-ways, along with many upsides. The downside may be to keep track of multiple confirmation numbers, but otherwise there are a lot of flexibilities, especially if you cancel or change your flights very often.

SWA went through all applications from 2016 before posting the Feb 2018 F/A opening.....it could be sometime before getting the 1st call. I hope this helps. It's worth the wait.

Probably two people with A-list that had A49 and A50 had one hour earlier change of plans than you did, and you happened to catch their vacated positions.

FYI, alcoholic drinks are now all $5 (beer, wine or liquor), but rumor is that the prices will increase by $1 to $2 on March 1, and use a tiered structure of $6 or $7, depending on the drink. 😞 On the upside, this makes the drink coupons you have more valuable. 😉

Hi @rharrington,
You will have multiple dashboards for each "portal" that you have expressed interest in. If one portal is saying the submission is received, then you are likely good to go! For more troubleshooting tips, you can check here. Best of luck!
