Thanks, Taylor! Great list! Count my vote in for Anchorage, Alaska (ANC) because I live in Alaska! However, I know there are many variables in where airlines can fly to and from such as how many gates, contract issues, projected customer numbers, etc. However, it would be awesome even if SW Airlines had a winter season option of ANC to Hilo, Hawaii.

most likely in the same manner as all other airlines. You can blame the 'miracle flight' abusers (need wheelchair to get on first to get a good seat), then magically healed in air and no longer in need of a wheelchair to deplane.

A huge percentage of Alaskans live in the Anchorage area, so the small amount of traffic coming from small towns can be left to Alaska. Alaska's main hub is Seattle anyway. Lots of cruises also end near Anchorage. Anchorage to Denver, Las Vegas, Dallas, Houston, Chicago and Baltimore would make great redeye candidates. Several years ago I took a redeye from Anchorage to Minneapolis and it worked out great. The downside to serving Anchorage is the extreme seasonality, but Southwest still serves Fort Myers despite it's extreme seasonality. Run flights to Anchorage in the summer and more flights to RSW in the winter.

Southwest allows families to board together, they just have to board in the same group as the last person in the group. Thus, family members in the high B and C groups cannot jump the line just because one person in the family has A-boarding.

SWAPA also has pushed hard for Angle of Attack (AOA) sensor displays to be put on all our aircraft and those are now being implemented into the fleet. All of these tools, in addition to SWAPA Pilots having the most experience on 737s in the industry, give me no pause that not only are our aircraft safe, but you are the safest 737 operators in the sky." 3) Pilots say the aircraft is safe: "SWAPA is extremely confident that our entire fleet, including the MAX, is safe based on the facts, intelligence, data, and information we presently have. We fully support Southwest Airlines' decision to continue flying the MAX and the FAA's findings to date. I will continue to put my family, friends, and loved ones on any Southwest flight and the main reason is you, the Pilots of SWAPA" 4) So why would pilots be willing to put family members on MAXs or fly them themselves if they were not safe?
