They called me back for Appearance Technician any tips for this time. I hope everyone has been well it's been a while since I posted so happy that we're kind of getting some relief from the pandemic but still being practicing being safe and careful.... I hope this interview goes well it's to my understanding they said I interviewed well for someone else just had a little edge over me. Last time it was in 2020 so now they're calling me in 2021 a year later ❤️💙💛

Apply! Apply! Apply ! I can truly understand how you feel the same thing happened to me on Feb 11, 2020 in Chicago the interview was excellent . I was honored to be selected for a face to face interview but when l received the email that l was not selected l was crushed 💔l was clean as well , l even had a Southwest pin on. I was confident but not over confident there were other interviews conducted that day as well. One thing l will tell you be positive and let them know you love people like to have fun and would bring a positive spirit to the airlines. Keep up the good work just think some never get called for the interview. Spring will be in the air again ♥️💙💛head up be ready for the next take off✈️😊

Thank you for the information , it was very resourceful I just needed closure, I just thought things really went well with the recruiter and I'm assuming the hiring manager. There was only one position and four candidates I did make the cut for the face to face , but maybe I didn't make an impression and someone else had a little edge on me but the interview was very positive, I will try again to take this flight who knows where I will land. 😊💛💙♥️

Does the recruiter and manager selects who get hired for the position or does the headquarters in Dallas choose the final candidate? I was asking just to see the hiring process from start to finish how it's completed.

I applied for Appearance Technician , l had a excellent interview and it went very well. I always replied positive each time l heard from the recruiter. Today l received my letter via email l was not chosen l was crushed. I love Southwest , l just would like to know what l could have done more to be a part of the family.
