You are sarcastic. Who appointed you Policeman of this site. Are you trying to be a top contributor. I’m am a customer and this site holds itself up as a democratic forum. When the top contributors ignore my issues and answer them as if I posed a different question I am not silent to this deception. You seem comfy but then you aren’t out $659.00 You have one business harassing me with you Sarcastic Comment. You know full well that I am on here to improve the Customer Service by questioning unreasonable policies. My plane flew almost empty and Sw offered $99.00 flight s on that plane that I canceled as did many others.Do you enjoy that a Senior citizen got outwitted by the airline when my unknown to me unrefunable fair did not prevent airline profit as I did cause SW to loose $659.00 as clearly they only could get $99.00 from a few people. Thus an unjust enrichment. Do you delight in knowing a senior got ripped off during an Epedemic. Why are you here harassing me. Maybe you will be a top contributor too. I am amazed that Top Contributors follow & monitor every post I make but none will disclose if they ever got a free flight or upgrade from SW. EVERY Post I make they stalk me & evade my issues but recite the hardline SW no refunds to your credit card, even though my flight was $659.00 and Im old and never believed SW would refund me during an unforeseen Virus Epidemic. Middle Seat just disclosed he got a free luggage Tag & a Teddy Bear & loves to help people hear. If Sw used the Teddy bear $ to refund me Id be much happier. These Top Contributors never say I never got a Perk like an upgrade or a free meal/flight/gift card for taking the airlines side here. Middle seat gets a Yogi and I get the BOO BOO BEAR AWARD for not reading the fine print on Southwest dazzling Big FONT FLY W SW WE LUV YOU SITE Only to be stabbed w the tiny faded print no refunds on a $659.00. All the answers are the same. 1. The Airline is always right. 2. see point one. 3. unless you fly all the time contact the airline and be put on hold for 2 hours. While Middle seat loves to share getting a luggage Tag & a Teddy Bear, I just want my $ back even though my $659.00 airfare was a wanna getaway airfare it was not like a typical cheap one that a reasonable man would not expect a refund. Its called Trust. I honestly did not know let alone believe that a $659.00 airfare was in the category of no refunds to a credit card. Now to add salt to the wound Middle seat & the other Top Contributors continue to harass and Ponificate about their Good Deeds on this site. If an objective person reads all their comments they can be summed up by"tell me something I dont already know." Now to add insult to injury Middle seat shares he got the free tag & Teddy Bear" Of course you did Sw used part of my $659.00 airfare to pay for it. You get Yogi & I cant even get 1/2 my airfare back. Maybe SW will send me a Boo Boo Bear as I get the Booby Prize. What kind of person does a good deed & brags about it? If you want to do good be a humble person and do a good dead and not perch here and say look at me Im a Do Gooder and I got a Teddy Bear from SW . However if you dont agree w the airline I will stalk all your posts in hopes to get another Teddy Bear. Did you ever get a free flight or upgrade on your flight that is the real question of transparency. Did you get invited to the Sw headquarters as its says in the Top Contributor program? How many of you TC's got those type of perks. I am on here for justice you are here everyday and seem to think its amusing that people have real hardships during the Corona Virus and SW is kind and gentle like a children's TV show that gives you a full grown adult a Teddy bear. Why not donate the Bear to an orphanage? In the meantime I had to layoff w pay one worker and I sure could use the refund on my credit card. So SW wins again w the help from their friends like you who get of all things a Teddy Bear. & of course my $ is in the lock box never to be seen again except maybe to buy more Teddy Bears.

Thanks, Finally a positive suggestion. When my friend found out his wife had a tragic illness I rushed to fly to be loyal. i have anxiety so I don't like flying but my loyalty & duty prevailed on me to drop everything & support my friend. I used to fly SW in the 1980's where they were so good they actually had Great Customer Service. I did my part to help build their business. I didnt read the fine print. The print is so much lighter than the Large Font Sales Offers. W the virus I canceled as i feared I could possibly pass the Virus to the Family I was to visit. Thus I canceled. Yours was the first positive suggestion I have read on here. Do you know how to get the fare converted to rewards points. I dont even know if I'm on the rewards point list? Is there a way to do that without calling them? If you know Id appreciate a reply otherwise thanks Ill figure it out. To the Top Contributors please dont comment as I trust this person, whereas you people have done nothing but harass me since i was on here & I dont want your help as it will just be an insincere gesture to cover up your repeated censoring of my issues so people will not think you are censoring a difference of opinion. Once again thanks for awesome suggestion it will work. I remember when Texas Air was competing vs: Sw & I always flew SW from Love Field. I doubt that any of these SW people will care that I did my part to help SW grow when it was a hungry airline. I think it went to Lubbock Tx its been so long but Flights were competitive and employees were down to earth not like this situation of constantly deflecting the labor onto the Customer. A new meaning of Buyer Beware SW a great American Company, hungry and aggressive in the 1980's that made a Customer pleasantly surprise & now SW a big Corporate Giant that is filled with surprises none of which are pleasant. I of course will ask everyone my network to boycott SW until they change their polices that treat Customers like we are dealing w a Generic Airline & that is being Polite. Id gladly take 1/2 of my $659.00 I paid for a Flight I cancelled even though the flight price dropped to $99.00 So I raise this issue & the top contributors deflect my questions & bully me by ignoring that question and waving the SW flag. I honestly didnt notice the no refunds on credit card policy as I dont fly all the time like these Top Contributors. I dont have problem w a different eof opinion but when they volunteer their Pro SW Comments and berate a senior you have to wonder how bold SW is to pretend to have open discussions and then they have a Censor(like Jonny Carson used to say the NBC Peacock) and these Bully Top Contributors who ignore the issues and recite the Prior to The Epedemic Rules and pretend that the issues raised were not there. A Customer is on here to give SW a Customer's viewpoint. The top Contributors act like SW is run by Mother Theresa but a Customer knows different. My $ is in the lock box so why cant SW invest more customer service people instead of for months on end have 2 hour waits? SW is just using this site to generate more revenue on non controversial issues. You really are good at deflecting the issue: IF A senior citizen books a cheap flight not finding the camouflage fine print and the Senior ons willing to accept 1/2 of his airfare back on his credit card & my airfare was $659.00 & dropped to $99.00 why cant SW refund 1/2 my airfare to my credit card to mitigate? I have raised that question plus the tiny fine print not user friendly to a Senior & if I read your sarcastic response I would wonder why you keep repeating the Company Policy and dont acknowledge the Epidemic has caused mitigating circumstances let alone why SW cant give even half my$ back on my credit card. South west was forced to give refunds by the government. Also SW has that Bingo Card of 3 Fares & in fine print the cheap fare has the no refund policy to your credit card. Maybe you travel all the time and read all the little details. In my case I dont flyall the time. You have adifference of opinion and it seems like you were dispatched by the airline to comment to censor me again. You comment from your comfortable position how you know my frustration. You dont address the lack of Customer Service where if i contact them to find out if my flight was canceled I will be put on hold for hours on end. Instead you shove the Corporate response repeatedly by saying I should contact them again. Why shouldn't the airline check into wether my flight left on their Time. They have $659.00 off my $ to hire more people at the call center. All you care about is getting Brownie Points w the airline.

I booked a SW Fight not knowing it wasn't refundable on credit card. Due to Virus ramping I could not Fly. I am more than willing to accept 1/2 of my Fare back on my credit card. My fare was $659.00 when I booked it. Closer to day of Flight it dropped to $99.00. When I called i was put on hold 2hrs twice. To this day I suspect my flight was cancelled but Ill never know as SW puts the labor on the customer and wears one down. If SW truly recognizes the Virus as a mitigating circumstance why cant the Largest Airline in the World give me 1/2 my Flight back? I feel that if so many other American Business's are doing moral gestures so why not SW? Note: if my flight flew the fare was $99.00 so I was not preventing the airline from making the $659.00 on another passenger. If Sw is worried if they become honorable towards my fare, others might want the same. The senior citizen like me that is not a regular flyer can not use that ticket again as in my instance I was flying only for a family emergency (booked the fare before the virus really ramped). Thus why cant I either get 1/2 the$ back or let me transfer the ticket to someone else? Think about how terrible the customer service is for SW Nicole Ashley, the SW censor on here has read my comments. All she has to do is say at minimum I will check to see if your flight was cancelled. No instead she just refers you to some site which puts the labor on you the Customer. SW only reinvests their profit if they get pressure from other airlines like Delta who months ago disinfected their planes between each flight. Not Good old SWLUV s you airline the head Fertilizer Pres. Kelly kissed the Blarney Stone & only a few days ago announced new disinfecting but didnt state how far Sw would go to keep the planes clean. In meantime Dancing Dave a paid off Top Contributor threatened me to get off this site as its own by SW? This Contributor can get perks like invites to corp office and probably upgrades on flights Never has one top contributor disclosed one perk? Then Dancing Dave comments that my comment is not important but he couldn't wait to get back to (I'm not embellishing ) teaching families w kids how to navigate the airport. I hope he does nt go to an airport and approach Families as most parents teach their children not to trust strangers as you never know what's out there? So if you dont agree w Sw they either censor you or bully you but always know SW thinks Customer Service means the Customer does his own Service. Every thing w SW is a referral to more red tape. Experimental Aircraft Association Oshkosh Wisconsin (ten thousand airplanes) announced they re refunding everyone who booked for the fly in due to the Virus. A once a year event & they will loose all that $ and not get a Government Bailout the size that SW will. Y cant SW make good & refund my fare instead of sitting on my $ in the lock box? The green Solution check is made by SW not the Customer who raised the issue. Why not give the customer a choice to accept the Solution or if omitted parts of his question are still not answered he can check not resolved? I keep asking for transparency for these Top Contributors to disclose what perks they get for siding w Sw all the time. How can they be on here day and night when they dont have any issues w the airline. A person would be on here to get an honest explanation or commitment by the airline to stand behind its product. SW is determined to let me and other Customers subsidize their profits by not refunding. SW fears a precedent that if one Customer w mitigating circumstances wants their $ refunded to their credit card then everyone effected by the virus would also want their $ back but SW would not hesitate to get Bailout $ from the Government so they can kick us in the teeth twice. they dont miss a trick to control people on this Blog. Awesome Post. Middle Seat gets perks from Sw to bully you. I have been banned by SW for putting light what they hide. i just wanted my $659.00 fare refunded but didnt read the fine print drafted probably by 200 lawyer son their payroll. My flight was lowered to $99.00 & it may have been canceled? They wear your down & work w you're $. I may contact my Senator & a senior citizen group(if you use the name of the group Nicole Ashley the SW monitor(like Judy on Leave it to Beaver the class canary) will censor you. They really have hot an all time low putting the Customer Service labor on the Customer. They won't hire more customer service people so you give up after 2 hrs and your $ is still in their lock box. Why that arrogant contributor could insult you by saying your caps button was locked but if you called him a shameless Yes Man for Southwest you d be banned.
