I would like to book a flight for late in the fall while flights are fairly cheap. Although I am confident I should be receiving my companion pass within the next following months, should all continue as planned. My question is, will I be able to edit my fall reservations once I get companion pass to my current flights booked? I will be flying with the person I plan to add onto my companion pass in the fall. I am fairly new to all this. Please advise, thank you!

I signed up for a Chase/SW credit card. I now have hit the threshold to receive promotional points when signing up for the credit card. I noticed that the points received counted towards companion pass, but not A-list status. Is that correct?

I finally now received my points today, 3/24. My statement closed on 3/12. I even contacted customer relations, but have yet to hear back from them. There was definitely a delay in this period vs previous months, because I typically receive my points within days of my statement closing.

Any update yet for you? I still have yet to receive my points and mines closed on the 12th. I have yet to hear back from customer relations.

I have yet to receive my RR points for the month of March and my statement closed on March 12th. Anyone having any issues? Chase says they sent over the points and SW has no record on it. I have yet to hear back from customer relations. I have received my points for previous months within days after my statement closing.
