Lol the bags and everything are just rolled into the cost of the ticket. Get a calculator out with another airline. Its near the same price if not more for SW. Everytime. Anyway. Another $$$excellent$$$ flight with southwest. We left 45 minutes late, flight took longer than expected, and all the gates are full upon landing. "No clue whats happening" - words from the pilots mouth 🤣 How long will my 3.5 hour flight be today ? Probably near 6 hours. Feel bad for the people on my flight who think they are actually connecting to Baltimore Anyway. That was MY inflight experience today. Im not looking for customer service to give me free stuff or make me feel better. Ill be here to post about my infligjt experiences from here on out whenever I'm with southwest. Because the conglomerate of airlines canceled the majority of domestics flights in general over the last year. What is with you southwest sycophants? "Why even get on the plane if you don't like it" uhhh cause I have to. Imagine if my boss bought me a leg to meet a client , and I said "no, sorry. I can't fly southwest". Sorry I didn't realize we were doing semantics. Best available doesn't mean ANYTHING throughout the past year. It simply means "available" or "only non stop available". Again. Out of a dozen flights (24 legs) , 3 of them were southwest. All terrible. Won't make the mistake again but im pretty sure I can help people on here for as long as I want to. Sorry it upsets you that my help is cautioning people from being on a southwest flight.

You're telling me people have to call your company to say they had a problem after something THAT noticeable? Follow up with customers instead of whatever this post charade you're doing is. So I can't drink , despite it being fully legal,, but the attendants still have the same approximate level of risk. Whats different? Southwest has chosen to absolve themselves of liability for their attendants losing teeth. They haven't endeavored to make it safer for any FA. Just themselves in court. Lawyers said no more alcohol. You'll have to pay on this one.

Sure so let me break it down to you I fly at least once every 3 weeks. Vegas, Orlando, Tampam, Denver are my frequent spots. I am an equal opportunity customer, I go with whomever has the best flight options. Since the first of the year ive taken at least a dozen flights. Yhree have been nightmares. Guess who was the airline with all 3 nightmare experiences? And again. This is public, so I can voice my opinion despite it being against your deity. I paid for the tickets and the wifi. Im gonna do this for at least another hour buddy.

Lol its crazy I have a credit card with no limit, thirst like crazy, and no alcohol. If you as a company are looking for a way to pass off your customers who want to spend money. You're doing it. Why would an adult (thats not an alcoholic) want to even fly with a company that doesn't serve alcohol. "Sorry sir, sit there, shut up, and eat some crackers. Advice to people flying with southwest Why don't you try another airline? SW is my last resort for a reason. I dont sit here and go post on other airline forums. Who even heard of such a thing? The existence of a forum where people go and complain about your company suggests there is a lot to improve on. Fly budget if you want to, fly expensive if you want. No need to wonder. Southwest is a budget airline fronting as something its not. Just take a budget flight and voila you get better customer service. Have never had insane problems with frontier or spirit, only Southwest with 5x the cost of either of the aforementioned airlines.

Yup , terrible experiences. Pretty usual of Southwest... "we didn't want to hurt our reputation so we canceled 300 people's flight." Had a flight get canceled from Orlando last month. They reschedule me the next day on a connecting flight through Pittsburgh to denver. The rescheduled flight was hours last leaving despite clear skies. Afterward communications went down In denver. Sat in an empty Pittsburgh Airport with no vouchers, compensation, or basic care for people who spent hundreds on a flight thats taking days too long. Nothing. I've drove from Florida to Colorado 3 times so far. Would take the drive over a southwest flight anyway at this point for that route. At least I know what say ill get there

Totally agree with you, you should get what you pay for Southwest isn't in the business of delivering that. Would recommend literally any other airline so you don't have to deal with their "quirks" , sincr Southwest decides to identify their flaws as such.

Yes they will strictly enforce it and tell you that after 24hours they're going to throw it in the trash. They have no obligation to protecting your property despite taking your money like fat opposums That's what they did to my $1200 cannondale. They said I could fly with any bike as long as its in a box (over the phone) at the counter they said I couldn't fly with it. Then double-back and said I could. Then decided they liked the first answer more. GREAT. Left my bike st the counter and told my ride to the airport to turn around and pick it up. During that time SW employees made a point to call me and say they would literally throw it in the dumpster. Then proceeded to say my name over the intercoms as if I could possibly do anything with this bike THEY said I could fly with. !!!$$BEST CUSTOMER SERIVCE IN THE BUSINESS$$!!!

I've never found someone that has a good answer. Ive always never had some magical flight experience that made your ridiculous prices and terrible service worth it My experience : Do you need to arrive on time ? Care about getting there the same day ? Want to get wifi after you spend 8$ on it? Don't fly southwest. You're more likely to get a plane thats a day late with no wifi and an hour plus wait no matter what airport in the US. But hey - peanuts! Never had these experiences with other airlines. Tired of it so im going to spend my entire flight today making sure the SW forum is filled with in-flight stories and experiences.

Have had similar situations left and right I commonly tell people southwest is a last resort. Id rather pay a la carte for Frontier or Spirit than deal with the all included bull**bleep** of southwest. Southwest is for people who don't fly to have mediocre experiences with peanuts. Its not actually a good flight experience. Cant convince me otherwise at this point. Frontier has them beat any day of the week for 1/5 of the price Last time I flew with SW, they canceled my nonstop flight due to weather. Put me on a connecting flight orlando-pittsvurgh-denver. Delayed hours at Orlando. Delayed hours at Pittsburgh because their communications went down. Was about to just rent a car because I have an actual schedule to keep. 0/10 would not recommend SW. They should've auto-issued a refund for the last flight I took. But they actually felt secure taking my money. I feel insecure spending it with them ever since

Half the time southwest wifi doesn't work, most people who fly with them travel so little that they believe the wifi works great. At least 3/10 times the wifi takes my money and provides no value Gotta LUV southwest.
