What a joke! I can't even cancel my return flight. It says to contact Southwest Airlines customer service. So if my flight there was cancelled, do I have to cancel my return flight? Will I be charged? Absolutely no response from Southwest.

So what is Southwest doing? This is the second day I've been on hold for over 4 hours. Do I need to cancel my return flight? Will I ever get a chance to rebook? Is anybody answering the phones? I followed Southwest's directions once I got my cancellation notice, but nothing is working. How is this acceptable?

4 hours of holding and I think I am through. Why does Southwest tell us to go online or call to make changes when they are unreachable? 120 minute hold time? Yeah right.

Southwest says 120 minute hold time, I am now at 3 hours and 45 minutes. Now the Southwest website is telling me that I cannot make changes to my flight because my flight is in progress. Southwest cancelled my flight, so how can that be? Why does Southwest tell us to go online or call to make changes when they are unreachable? My family needs to be in Orlando by Noon on the 9th! There are 4 of us traveling!!! One is the bride!!!
