Hello! I’m supposed to be starting my position as a ramp agent at Bwi on September 26th. What is the time line usually for training… am I going to Dallas after the training at Bwi or ?? I’m excited

About2be - thank you I certainly will check corporate jobs as well. I am really interested in the Customer Service and Support CS&S (WFH) Call Center positions, however I do not see any job post listed. Another team member help me understand that CSA jobs is not WFH jobs, but directly work in the airport. I saw quite a few CSA job listings, however I did not see any CS&S (WFH) job listings, I was a little disappointed but I will keep looking.

I’m starting Monday (4-18) at MKE. I was contacted by my station Monday to start the process for my SIDA badge, I am still waiting to hear back about what time and where I should go on Monday!!!

@msmo71 I did my interview on 3/27 got called back same day and got my verbal offer on 3/31 i got my cjo 4/1 got my email to do my fingerprints and that i should be hearing from quest diagnostics for my drug screen 4/1 got email sterling doing my background 4/2 doing fingerprints now I’m waiting to do my drug screen

Please be yourself! Southwest is unlike other airlines in that they do not do 'business as usual.' As a Southwest employee had said (anyone know who or where? I forgot): "We don't train people to be kind, we hire kind people." As long as you're going in with that 'you' mentality, I'm sure they'll be blown away! Best of luck!
