5/18 PI @9A - offered Virtual interview
5/25 VI - CJO at end of VI - 4-6 wks for start date
6/06 Received emails for fingerprinting & drug test
6/06 took drug test
6/08 completed fingerprinting
6/14 Completed & cleared SWA employment screening
6/15 Email to watch for start date in July
6/17 Email of SWA next start date - reply needed within 48 hrs of email being sent/received
6/28 Official job offer letter - accepted, signed and returned same day
6/28 New hire onboarding info
7/08 Call to schedule SIDA appt (7/14) & confirm start date info
Advised first week working 7a-3:30, tentative date for TOPS 8/7 or 8/14.. Fly out Sunday, return on Fri same week..

A CSA that just returned from Dallas posted in detail about her experience while there. She did say the shuttle doesn’t run after 10p, and the Lyft codes were not working. She happen to be renting a car (at her own expense) but says it was well worth it for several reasons. Look for “CSA training so far” she is great about her posts.

My condolences on your loss. I know when I made a last-minute flight to Denver, when I tried to add the EB check-in, I got an error message saying it wasn't available due to it being less than 36 hours. If you have to fly last minute again, remember you can purchase an upgraded boarding pass at the airport before your flight. I am unaware of the cost, but another option for the future.

Thank you for taking the time to reply, and once again you did not disappoint. Sounds like you guys had a blast.
So, I am gathering that having a rental car is the way to go for a number of reasons, (no shuttle from the airport, Lyft codes not working, luggage storage on last day, no parking fees) sounds like s great plan and I will def be renting one.
If we don't spend the full $300, can SW recoup their bal, or we are encouraged to spend it all?
Appreciate the info about the discounts and paying for your bfast on the first morning.

Look at the discussion where other CSA’s and SWA applicants have posted their timelines for getting hired, and actual start dates. You will see its a process and patience is key. You will also see several posts of ppl saying that SWA has actual people reviewing our applications and not BOTS (be very thankful for that) so it may take longer. When I was offered my CJO, she also said “please be patient, as the process can take a while”. I think you are both fine, just keep checking your emails, and def check the junk and spam folders, I found one of my emails in there.

Treat it like an interview, have your resume handy in case they want to review it, or ask you questions regarding it, be yourself, smile through the phone. Do you have questions for them, have them ready. Use that 15 min call to your advantage, give them a reason to schedule a formal interview, let them know why you are a good fit!

SWA assigns your boarding number/pass 36 hours before your flight, when you check in 24 hours before your flight, you will be able to see your boarding number at that time. Even though you are on the A list, you still need to check in as if you weren’t as early as 24 hours before or at a minimum 30 mins before your flight so you don’t lose your seat. I hope that helps.

Thanks for the play by play, very helpful!! Question, what is “Federal” week? I had my VI on 5/25, offered the job of CSA on the spot, so currently being an email stalker. I did complete my submission of C19 status and info for background check. What was your trainers schedule like, since we are on their schedule for training.
