I have been flying with Southwest for many years. I live in Arizona I visit my family in Philadelphia. Southwest is usually the best way for me to fly. I know in our society today complaining and being of bad about everything is in style.
When I take a flight I remember, I am not the center of the universe and other people on the plane that are passengers or working. My relaxation is up to me because there’s never any kind of perfect situation on a plane.
So I’m just saying thank you Southwest and keep up the good work in this tough economy.
